We recognise that behaviour change is a key component in promoting long term self-management. 

Effective communication is key in working with all stakeholders to ensure safe and optimal Return to Work.

The longer an employee is off work, the less likely they are to return. If an employee is off for 20 days, there is a 70% chance of return. This reduces to 35% if the employee is off for more than 70 days.
